16th place... Well... Not to bad - not to good! Depends also what you get for free also. Here we have free hospital and doctors (well, almost as you need to pay a little to the doctors and for medicine). But we also got loads of other taxes.... a hell of a lot road taxes, car taxes, private home taxes, toilet taxes...
