Why can't i get listed 'cos of this?

Yes, thats 4 pages per folder minimum.
Make a note of which LLs require the true index page. Up your recips to 9.
folder 1 =9 recips
folder 2 = 9 recips
folder 3 = 9 recips
Thats obviously 27, now, that leaves say 81 - with the ones that don't require the default index page:
index.htm
index.shtml
warning.html
warning.htm
warning.shtml
warn.html
warning.htm
warning.shtml
enter.html
enter.htm
enter.shtml
entry.html
entry.htm
entry.shtml
and I'm sure you can think of a few more. Whack all those into folder 1 every time (easier to keep track when you use the same method)
Even with 8 recips the mirror pages will cover it, just depends who on your list requires that default index
