IF a TGP has people selling their partner accounts.. then that is THEIR problem... to deal with.

I am sure Shemp and others are on top of this..

I don't see where this has anything to do with Garou and what he is possibly saying.

Arguing that partner accounts are to blame or are flawed is just not correct.
