Gallery critiquing (Clickthrough mostly)

Hey I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice as far as what I can change to my galleries to get more people to accually clickthrough the adds. Because I am getting quite abit of traffic to them but it just doesn't seem to be translating in to clicks for me.

Any help would be great.

Move the webmaster and 2257 link farther down the page.

Getting click thrus? 2 things usually happen to get click thrus. The surfer is turned on by the sponsor you are showing him or talking about. Or the surfer is turned on by the photos and wants to see more.

You're using vidcaps that kind of suck so not really a turnon.
You're using banners that do not say much. Use more text or use text instead.

Like:
"AsianBeavers is insane! They have 1000's of hardcore videos featuring Asian Honeys getting fucked including hot gangbang action and more. Check it out! Sample videos here to see too. Click Here To Watch"

Anything to get the surfer to click thru without BSing him as that is bad for conversions.

also remove the webmaster signup link on your second gallery.. i doubt many surfers will know what that link is for since it shouldn't be there.. you're not supposed to get referrals to a sponsor from a gallery..

and make your gallery not scroll horizontally at 800x600..

That first one is just a mess. You've stacked two banners and piled a bunch of small text under them. A lot of TGPs won't accept galleries where all of the thumbs surround on big ad block. Use big text, big links, and bigger thumbs.

On that second one, I'd disperse the thumbs a bit. Don't put them all together on one big communal table. Force the surfer to scroll past a couple of ads.

You really need to do what Ramster said about using text. Entice the surfer the surfer with some chosen words. Shout it at them and make sure they hear it, or in this case, see it.
