If this "group" is only submitting one site per day, then what is the problem?

Maybe I am just blind, or a little "unsuspecting", but I haven't seen anything that makes them "cheaters".

One reason for one person or "group" to use one email and follow the rule of 1 submit a day is that if this group decides to redirect domain "A" then I will see they own a shitload of other domains and ban them all because they have used the same email when submitting.

When they "hide" who they are then I won't catch all their domains and they might redirect 1 domain every 2 days until they've exhausted that "batch". What happens then is I have various domains redirecting every few days.

That's only one reason and that's a damn good one.

On a good note if I see a no DNS on a regular submitter with 100 sites in my admin I might give it a few hours to see if their server comes back up. If the submitter has 5 sites, I can them. No blacklist but their sites are deleted.
