Usually I go all out on the interior. And the exterior decorations depend on what kind of place I'm living (last year was an apartment so didn't do much there).
This year, I think we've agreed to only get a tree. I don't want to skip Christmas altogether, but without my brother around my enthusiasm has kinda lost its luster. Besides a lot of my stuff is still in storage in CA so next year it'll be...well, like Christmas just seeing it all again.
