Is it just me, or do other people have the problem that, if they have to do something offline & out of the house - even if it's for an hour - it throws off your entire work day?

Does for me especially since I have clients I do programming for during the day on top of all the other stuff. When I have to go out and run errands it puts me behind, which sucks.
