Cold sucks. I'm right off the water so it tends to be a bit more windy here. The ocean is frozen solid out back. Can't wait to move.

In other news: After gaining 10lbs after New year I was @ 215lbs. My heaviest weight is like mid 190's. I have "fat pants" at 36 inches and my 'in shape' pants at 34 inches.

After New Years I went on a diet and started ephedrine again. Thing is- after 6 days usage it made the spot in my lung where I had the blood clot hurt...a lot.

So, I stopped that.

I decided fuck the diet and I'll just work out and get stronger. I can tell I'm getting older though. Everything takes longer. Hell, I figured it will take about 4-6 weeks just to get limber enough to start lifting heavy again safely.

No diet though.
