And an optional restriction regarding the number of submissions per 24 hours from an IP. Not that IP spoofing is rocket science, but it may help identify auto-subbers.
A gif with a submission code (to prevent auto-subs) on it would also be good, like Altavista.
Also......... (sorry about this) the database needs to be robust. Some servers won't handle a bloated Links2 dbase when it "builds all" especially if you have about 4000 links in your categories. LinkAdmin does not suffer from this problem.
