How do I submit my linklist?

You should have a decent amount of links in each category. They usually cannot be just yours and sponsor hosted to get listed so you have to be taking submits from others. Then most have a More Links, Other Link Lists section to add you to.

ditto on what ramster said and all cats should have some real free sites and a submitt form installed..
