If I understand it correctly, the webmaster simply puts a link on his freesite or tgp or whatever, to your review site and gets paid for the signup.

first you must provide our system with all your affiliate codes for the sponsors you chose to promote. after that you can start sending traffic

you will get paid by the above sponsors, not by us.
