When a surfer enters a gallery page they are looking for pics. They are not going to click the recip button at the top before looking for pics. As the surfer makes his/her way down the page looking at more pics they finally reach the bottom and you have either have a banner to the paysite or recip links to "more free porn". Hello recips, off they go.

i think you are right. i counted clicks on some sites and bottom links are much more often clicked...

I totally agree. I did some testing a while back, and when I placed recips at the bottom they received quite a bit more traffic then when they were at the top. I am more then happy to place recips at the top of the page, I never advertise up there anyway.
