I've been led to believe that a link with a ? in it will not be followed by the google bot. IF that's a big IF this is true then my guess is no, but I have never found any more info on this.
I have however tried linking to a site that has a pr of 2 with a PR of 5 and the affiliate site didn't rise at all. so don't know if that helps. regards garv |
