Honestly, TGPs are very very very hard to grow unless you offer something unique. There's just too many of them out there. Most people will not link to you the way you have the recips. Also the thumbs are not that good in quality. Take a look at other sites out there and the thumbs they make and you'll see what I mean.
You need to be patient and improve the design a bit I think. |

if you plan on making any money off of it then you need to be more stratigic about your banner placements.
