I need to advertise site/and looking for people to advertise on my site

i am really new to this , never tried doing anythinglike this and thought i would give it a try, hopefully some people will help me out.

1. I need to promote my toy site.
2. i need to learn about starting, and running a pic and video site.
3. need to learn about getting paid to advertise, i am assuming thats how the free sites get paid.

anyone who answers me , just remeber i dont know alot of the lingo, what is TGP/MGP?
