Incentives can be tricky. He already lost around 9mil worth of 'easy' incentives from his record 40mil contract by breaking his leg on that onside kick at the end of his second game. So he never had a chance to reach any of them.

Incentives like that can be tough in the sports with salary caps. You would have to leave a lot of room in your cap, if half of your roster has significant bonus clauses in their contracts.

Oh man, I hope not. Not just because I'm a Browns fan, but his father was one of my favorite players back in the day. But, it seems to me like he needs to put his foot of Jrs ass, instead of 'protecting' him.
