have to make a dreaded phone call at 2:30pm EDT.
Cleo, looks like you'll have power this summer. Now I just hope it doesn't take you 5 months to hook things up like it did for me. haha I have to buy 3 breakers to finish my project, but, if we lose power, we'll probably be the only ones on the block with hot water... I can feel my capitalistic blood starting to churn. Last summer I was thinking - if I had the whole house generator.... and had Air Conditioning.. I could charge $30/head for people to sleep in air conditioned comfort... hmmm. At $15k, it would only take 10 days without power and 50 people to pay off the generator. We had 6 nights of loss during Frances and 3 nights of loss during Irene.Oh well. My other half would have let them stay for free. I guess I'll get two window airconditioners soon as well.
