The weakness of copy theft like that can be the host. Sometimes, if you are dealing with a newbie theif, they have a host that can be convinced to shut them down by the threat of a copyright action.
In theory, every reputable host will respond to a copyroght threat. In practice, clever theives use hosts that laugh at copyrights. |
