It was nothing but a pure money making opportunity to him. He signed up for digibucks won the competition but to this day has never sent us a single hit then decided it was a good idea to start this thread telling everyone else not to send us traffic without even contacting me to try and resolve the issue.

Boohoo for them. Pay people as promised or get your ass dragged through the mud. That's how it works. If you only want to pay someone who is sending you traffic, then don't run stupid contests that don't require sales to win. Of course, I personally never bother with contests that require sales because I know I can't win.
