It is better from a search engine perspective to create your own unique title and description. Just being different from everyone else linking to that same FHG helps your SE rank, and if you work in keywords that match the focus of your site that's even better.

For some webmasters who want to load 50,000 urls into a database in under 30 minutes and display on pages not meant to catch direct SE traffic, I suppose it wouldn't be a bad option to have. But, if the goal is building SE traffic on pages where the FHG links are displayed and/or establishing trust with your visitors by using descriptive text that exactly matches the content, or creating a subculture around your site by applying a quirky writing style...then titles like "redhead giving a blowjob" stop being all that useful.
