He could have been hosted at the same place as you and then changed hosting. But his old hosting company still has his DNS entered so your script is finding that but not finding the site so it says 404.

to shed some light I subbed his root as a test and got - Your Site's URL appears invalid, as it has returned the response "403 Forbidden.. Maybe a DNS issue ?? but then he says my LL is the only one giving him a error..
