I have no hard set rule, but 3-5 seems to be the norm - of course, if you site was titled "Supercalafragalisticexpladocious Teen Bonnie" then I might reject it

3-5 and I hate titles or descriptions that the webmaster trys and BS or talk to the sufer - I useally reject for that and its ok for a description to drop under the first line...
