Good Morning!

Since being diagnosed with C&C and IBS, I have done all I can to improve my health. No more junk food, no meat, no dairy, no alcohol, no coffee and a host of other dietary restrictions. A word of advice to ALL of you to pass on to anyone you know: if you get an ulcer, treat it right away and don't let it fester. You could end up like me with two more conditions.

Anyhow, I am feeling better and I've been sleeping better as well.

I'm running way behind today. I just spent 4 hours fixing a script on one of my TGP's

As soon as I get caught up with my daily online chores I have some fires to put out in the offline world.
