I agree as well. They are now doing everything they can to correct the situation which does not appear to be their fault (but the models). What more can they do?

I wish the law would look more at intent soemtimes rather than these black and white distinctions that soemtimes fly in the face of common sense. If anything does happen to them over this, I think they deserve some support.
