It's better to have a white list with .htaccess than a black list.
Just block everything and allow the referrers you specify. If you get a large blacklist of say 20, then that's 20 things the server has to think about every time it serves an image. About half way down this page... http://www.cleos-porn-links.com/adul...aster-help.php
