That does bring up an interesting point. After studying Greenguy's stats, I noticed his top sellers seem to be the ones he most prominently features on his site.

But seriously, do you guys think this indicates the popularity of niches is more dependent on sheer marketing effort, rather than the appeal of the niche itself?
