I think people are a bit "free" with the term 'spyware'... both Alexa and Google make it clear the information that they collect.. and IMO both are for the most part reputable companies/systems.. Lobbing them in with the "spyware" crowd is a little unfair.
I have no problem at all using either the Google Toolbar or the Alex Toolbar.. DD
