Well too me that doesnt look too bad, but with text links like "FREE PREVIEW VIDEO HERE" and "See all these babes and many many more, sucking cock from your point-of-view!" are pretty much blind links.
I see 4 sponsor links on the index. Maybe some LLs will not like your banners that look too much like thumbs. Your definately on the right track though and decent for a first shot IMO.
