You think it's going to be that easy? He's not leaving office until he's had his way. There will either be nothing left to turnover, he'll take a poison pill like his daddy did and send troops all over the place before he leaves or they'll doctor up new laws.
Either way, it's going to take a long time to clean up this mess. Hell, Iraq will take a generation at least and the deficiet may never get fixed after 8 years of this.
