Good Morning
Today I plan to clean the house since i have company for xmas day - I am making my first ever Christmas Dinner tomorrow and invited my Mother and Step father - this could be a fiasco since I cant cook worth a crap - and the worst part is I have to make 2 different roasts because he doesnt like lamb and Mom wants it - so a lamb roast and a pork roast with all the trimmings and cook weird veggies I hate cuz just because they like em! ohh boy!! also have to find a good recipe online for candied yams since i never cooked those either.  Wish me luck!! |
