Good Snowy Monday

Good Morning
It looks like we have a few inches of snow durning the night. I am really glad that there isn't enough to have to get rid of but, there is some.

Our local creek flooded last week. When ever it came close to flooding here, it was always time to fire up the big gas pump at the old house. So, I am guessing there is about 5 feet of water in the basement right now.

Of course my basement is dry

Congrats on the dry basement, Jim. Not many basements down here. Something about the hard coral rock and being only a few feet above sea level, I guess.

I'm jealous of your snow. Haven't had a chance to get away and see some this year. I know it can suck to have it on the roads, and to have to shovel it. But I like seeing it, especially up in the mountains and other more 'wild' settings (where it stays white and doesn't wind up that gray/brown color in a few days).

another day of having a 1/2 computer. The rent-a-geek is coming back today to install a new HD cuz no sense in redoing all now since i was planning to buy a bigger HD in a couple of weeks anyway. Just speed up the process. thank goddess for Flash Drives. Really weird seeing everything in B/w.

I have West Coast Art and Frame today.. nice paintings.. but good equipment as well.

either i'll be back at full capacity in a few hours or watch the news

Nothing like having to file a report with the FBI to start off the morning.

Working on one pending issue today which hopefully will be resolved today so that I can end a project that has probably taken 250 hours of my time in the last few weeks.

I am at home.. bit early after three makor surgeries but I have spent so much time in hospital from the end of november that I am broke.

Another fucking day in the paradise that is Canada. Election day. This is where we all go to polls and elect a new dictator. After that, little or nothing we say until the next time means anything that all. With some hope it will be a major clusterfuck election and we will get to sit and enjoy a few hours of entertaining TV as all those political pundits eat their words from the last 2 months.

Other than that, porn is being served in bite size pieces on the after deck.
