If its your own content then its ok to have any ads on a page

I read in most aponsors TOS - that if our content is on a page then NO other ads may appear... those are nonlinked thumbs but its still your content... I know that submitter... he's ok.. he atleast put your link under your thumbs... I would email him and tell him... also check your tos and adjust it for your content rules, if you dont already have it..
