I envy your adventorous life Cleo

I cannot get to my surgeon to the capital, we got so much snow today that they couldn't drive into my mini town and pick me up and it is snowing from morning on and won't stop... and it takes ages to get another appointment from the prof, he is busy and famous

My neck became swollen and hurts again (they removed the lymph nodes too on both sides, it is called a dissection of the neck to prevent quick spreading of cancer) and he should seee it and fix it before the radiation begins. I think I should buy new pillows? Still no smell or taste of things other than neutral or bitter and I was dreaming of eating fresh bread but I can't swallow it, damn. I want bread.
