I filed a suit for the 5k in small claims, they decided to answer my calls after 1 year of calling when they got the suit... if I agreed to drop the suit they would pay 80% of the 2k instead of nothing due to bankruptcy... The sent me a contract with an amount of 700 bucks, and said over the phone that first data (thier bank) had the other 7-800 that was still being held... I contacted first data and they said they had the money and that ibill would be getting it in less then 30 days... I signed the contract they sent me 700 on a check 8 weeks late, when I asked about the first data money they stated that it was not on the contract.... I did some reaseach on Ibill... they have invested over 250k into charity boys and girls club of miami and they started 2 new companies doing mainstream work... selling coupons and certificates for resturants, tan salons, etc.... They still owe money to AVN.com in short as I step off my soap box, don't bother and NO THEY WON'T MAKE A COME BACK |
