Just an isolated example of how Google is currently working......
I have a number 1 and number 2 for a reasonable keyword combination on Google. The page is only days old and has no PageRank at all 0/10. I assume that if PageRank is assigned to it soon it will only be quite low. The site is higher than several PR4's.
