Yahoo? Huh? The concept of an exit link did not come about because of Yahoo.
It's a warning page - wanring pages have always had "enter" and "exit" links.

So you'd rather send them back to wherever they came from as opposed to sending them to a site that you own or that you get credit for referrals?
