It seems that posting on webmaster boards really helps. Someone contacted www.noc4hosts.com after reading my post and one of their system administrators emailed me. According to the system administrator the DMCA emails I sent to noc4hosts were filtered to their junkmail folder.

The system administrator assured me that noc4hosts does not support copyright infringement in any way shape or form. He has contacted the reseller of the server and advised they have till 6pm today to take action and remove the content or he will NULL ROUTE the IP from his network.
