I use sonic dvd for my dvds in my store hun. Nice all around solution.
http://www.sonic.com/ Easy to learn. Nice interface, and very simple. Just like I like my software, hehe.

Theres lots of easy programs out there - even the old standard Easy CD/DVD creator will do it - HOWEVER (you knew this was coming) - if you want to add in things like scene menus add-ons etc - I would hit up RawAlex and get his input on some editing feature-rich stuff
