Actually, when you think about it, but this is a nonsense bill because the only real way to determine that a site has CP would be at the moment that criminal charges are filed. Other than that, there would be no way to be sure that the site in fact contained CP.
It is a nice little law doomed to accomplish nothing but make the MPs look good at the next election. Alex |
