The main problem we have is simple. NO ONE IN CONGRESS READS THE LAWS THEY ARE PASSING. There should be a law against that. If you are in congress you can not pass a law until proof is shown you have read and understood the law. Sure less laws would be passed but the ones that make it would prob be common sense ones.

Maybe they should make it an offence to create dumb laws, something like how they are trying to rein in those who file stupid lawsuits.
