its the spammers and scammers that use main stream and disney terms in there urls and pages to weight there pages to be more effective, problem is most of these laws dont apply to the over seas crooks in this biz.... problem is the goverments that house those crooks wont do anything to go after them in there countries....

you could lock up all of the american webmasters that do these bad things and you still wont get rid of it, there has to be a gobal task force to go after those people all over the world and that will never happen....

everyone knows there are major problems on the internet and its a sad thing our laymakers grasp at straws to try and fix it when really they dont know what is going on...
