Good Morning All! Waving at those arriving in Vegas from the other side of the mountain from you.

I'm having one of those mornings that makes me want to start over. I'm in the middle of refinancing my house, and waiting for the appraisal to come in to make sure everything is fine. Given the hinky market I'm terrified it will come in stupidly low. I want to tell my brain to STFU and stop worrying.

My brother is having surgery tomorrow in the same hospital my Mom passed away in. He was playing volleyball at 50 and dislocated his knee so bad he completely separated a quadriceps tendon from his knee cap on one side. He says it doesn't hurt much, but that will change has he will have to go through heavy duty PT since his muscle has atrophied since he injured it last week.

Oh and my son is thinking of moving to Vegas from Alaska. Yipee! But he keeps sending me apartments he is checking out on ForRent.com and I keep telling him NO not that part of town, not that part.

DocHolly, any places you recommend for cheap studios / 1 bedroom apts?

Oh and porn. I just needed to vent, I feel like I've had about 100 cups of coffee and I'm going to vibrate out of my chair I'm so wound up over everything.
