Stupid newbie questions here

I feel like Im monopolizing the newbie section here... Follow up questions: Do you submit to linkalotapuss regularly? Do you get that error very often?

Preacher's answers were good. Here's some more input:

Description Length - I use one sentence of 50-70 characters with a period at the end.

LinkALotaPuss - I started getting error messages back in April/May. I posted a question regarding the submission error on their official thread over at Wasted Webmasters. But the owner never responded to that or other posts. So I removed them from my submit list.

Submissions - A majority of LL with list you within 1-3 weeks. A few LL have a big backlog and can take a couple months. There's one or two LL that take almost a year.

Categories - LL owners don't want one person to dominate a category. I would recomend finding a couple niches. I currently use 5-6 categories.

Title Length - Same answer as Preacher. I use 3 words (due to LL rules), but I'd prefer to use 4. I don't count the number of characters.

too bad. I think thats a good link list. I see links to it all over the place (mostly javascript links though).
