question about script on FS

Hi, I'v allready asked in other tread but have no response:
What about some home made php counter into a image like this <"img src=some_img.php>"?, can it pass the no scripts or counters rule?
It has no client execution and can give very acurate and custom stats.

That would be fine. As long as it isn't placing script on the free site page, you're fine.
