Adding recips after approval

Something that just hit me:

Rather than add 6 recips to an old 12 recip site, it'd be a lot easier to grab yet 6 more and make a mirror with 12 completely new recips. Re-write the flavor text, and now you've got an independent site with very little effort.

I have done this a bunch of times myself. If your tied up with another project and you got a bunch of older sites you can mirror and submit to a new group of people, or a collection of people that you are submitting now that you weren't when those were built, in well under an hour.
