Just an update and yes I got hit with this url/virus
if you do get it and the viruses are easy enough to get rid of but you end up with pop ups and your ad ware remover can not find it search for a file called jkkji.dll if it exist then that is what causes the pop ups and slowed down ie. Now removing it is a bitch but the only way that I know of, I spend two days finding a way, is to boot in dos using a boot disk or a oem win98 disk. Then just delete the file c\windows\system32\jjkkji.dll reboot open regedit search for jkkji.dll and delete the registry entry for it. If you try to delete the registry entry first it will just put the registry entry back before you can reboot. |
