Rfly started selling .nets for $2.75 and .infos for 60 cents each and got swamped a few months back. The volum of domains being registered was so heavy they couldn't handle it and alot of domains timed out before they were registered, hence people were told domains had been reg'd when in fact they wern't. Happened to me a couple of times where half were and half wern't. Getting to them on the phone was impossible, so they added phone lines and also new equipment to handle the flow of domains being Reg'd. Support?? All of a sudden they have to hire a flock of new ones and where they gottum is anyones Guess. If I call for something I tell them how to do it half the time.. If you ever call them ASK and keep his name so if ya have to call again you can say So&so told me he was going to take care of it.. You can PM me but also log in at RegFly and put in a support ticket ATTENTION Sam Alvarez Rapid Response Tell him your prob and mention Dave from Bubbashouse said if anyone could straighten everything out he can.. Sometimes a pat on the back or to commend someone moves mountains. He's good people and he does know what he's doing.. Just be pleasant on the ticket..
