Why's content buying such a FRUSTRATING experience?

Paul, I like your news letter, Reyko's and a few others. A lot of content providers I don't use send me news letters and it's a bitch to get off of them. I know, that spam is part of the business but I get 100s of emails every day and most of those are unwanted.
