1. Place it where it looks good but does not actually get many clicks.
2. Redirect your traffic to somewhere else and kill the page with your link on it. 3. I sure there is a (3), but at the moment I cannot remember what it was. |

3. They could remove your link entirely in say, two weeks. If it's not someone you know and trust you'll be spending all your time checking to make sure all your links are still up....I think.|confused|

a simple hardlink script takes away these problems and allows you to manage the links well .. eg http://www.axscripts.com axslinks
the real focus of hardlink exchanges is not traffic, its search engine exposure, page rank building, etc. if you do it well the traffic from search engines will considerably out way traffic from the hardlink. |
