Good Thursday Peoples

I'm feeling a little sickly today - started to feel really bad yesterday (the kind of cold where you cough & your whole body aches) But I'm loading up on herbal & homeopathic meds as well as a little of this horrendous tasting medicine that Ramster's wife got me hooked on called Buckley's - it tastes like you're drinking liquid Vicks

Lots to do for me as I did end up fucking off most of yesterday due to my sickness (as well as putting out a fire on another board)

Still not completely over it after two weeks but have been well enough to resume most things including getting back to the gym and partying.

Mornin' y'all,

More thunderstorms again off and on all day yesterday. Lots of rain and even a little sleet mixed in. I even have pics to share this morning.

backyard - sheets of water running off the roof.
frontyard - shallow stream flowing down the walk into the street. Water at the curb extends about half way to the crown in the street.

That's really pretty typical during thunderstorms here, lots of water in a short period of time, then it all drains off. It's only a problem when the bayou fills to full and it doesn't run off between downpours.

Now that I've bored everyone to death, we now return you to your regularly scheduled programming...
